Dave always does a great job.

Dave and Tracy are the most knowledgeable and fun car maintenance/service/repair people I've ever dealt with during 65 years owning cars. Am no mechanic, never have been, so depend on them 100%. Three years ago was told at the largest Mercedes service operation in Cary I had a problem needing work on my GLK 350 cabin filter -- about $850. Wasn't really needed. They were just gouging for money. Discovery's people determined the filter problem finally did need fixing, and took care of it for $90.24! Don't have to pay for those really crummy TV ads from that other place, over and over again, several times every night. Their current customers can. Am looking forward to taking my other Mercedes back to Dave, Tracy, and their fine techs for routine annual service next month.

Dave and the group at Discovery Automotive offer good old fashion service at a fair price in a reasonable time frame. Feedback on what the vehicle requires is accurate and prioritized. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommend.

After reading the reviews, for European repair shops,I contacted this place at the AAA told me that they cannot work on my Jaguar while I was traveling for the holidays in the triangle area. My experience was great andI received consistent communication for the status of my overall repair. After my diagnostic was done I was able to get my car back within 24 hours from Thursday to Friday while avoiding any weekend downtime. Not only was the repair done timely but the cost associated was reasonable and fair compared to the other places Ive been in Charlotte. I was also told that my car was running a little louder than other vehicles of the same make model and type and I would call that an ear for mechanical fine-tuning. I would definitely use this repair shop again for any of my F-type repair needs in the future.

I have been using Discovery to service my Land Rover vehicles since 2011. They are the most knowledgeable and professional shop to service a Land Rover, and I expect most exotic cars in the triangle. The owners, Dave and Tracy are awesome. They are very prompt to respond to an inquiry, offer the best prices in town, will work with your extended warranty company to get repairs covered, only use the highest quality parts, and have NEVER TRIED TO SELL ME A REPAIR I DIDN"T NEED! That last one is a big one for me. They have my respect, gratitude, and loyalty. Discovery comes with my highest endorsement as experts you can trust.
