I went to Discovery for a fairly complex repair i.e. Blown Turbo on my BMW 335i Xdrive. This is a major repair that many garages won’t attempt to repair. Dave and his team did a fantastic job on all the repairs, and my BMW is back in action and ready to roll. The staff at Dave’s are courteous and professional. Dave is honest, trustworthy, and very reasonable when it comes to cost. Expect a high level of customer service without getting taken to the cleaners. My car was not safe to drive and so I had it towed Sunday evening to Discovery Automotive based on a personal recommendation. The online appointment form and form for night drop off were intuitive and quick to complete. Dave and co were able to take a look at the car first thing in the morning. Tracy called with an update within an hour. Fortunately, it was an easy repair and it was made free of charge. Adequate time was given to make sure the fuel leak issue was fixed. Another potential issue with the vehicle was highlighted and quote given for future important maintenance. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my BMW back the next time it needs service.
